Do you ship internationally/when will JOYRIDE be available overseas?
We are only available in the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time although we hope to in the future!
*We do not ship to military bases, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Are you vegan/vegetarian?
We are plant-based and considered vegan.
Is it normal for my order to still show unfulfilled after a week/when will my order ship?
Yes, orders can take up to 10-14 business days to process as fulfilled, then an additional week to ship.
Are you Kosher or Halal?
No, we are neither. We have no current plans to be certified at this time, but that can change in the future!
Are you gluten-free?
Our new JOYRIDE items (Sour Strips, Cherry Berry Ropes, Strawberry Ropes Bites, Watermelon Wedges, and Soft Strawberry Licorice) that are being sold on our website are not gluten-free and contain wheat. We have no plans to launch gluten-free versions of these items at this time.
However, our legacy JOYRIDE gummies, lollis, and gum, that are available on our Amazon Store are all gluten-free.

Are there tree nuts in JOYRIDE?
There are no tree nuts in our candy, but our facility is not nut-free. The facility does produce items with nuts. They are an SQF-certified facility and lines are cleaned to that standard between every production.

Game changer!!
We drove over an hour to the closest Target in hopes to find joyride in stock and today it was! We got 2 of every flavor that they had! We love the candy and as someone who has to watch my sugar intake I feel so happy knowing I can reach for these when I have a craving and not harm myself in the process!!! Also our 5 year old loves them too! Kid and adult approved candy! Way to go Ryan and the Joyride team!❤️

Ryan if u c this i love ur vids and i love u, you are so cool and i love Spock ( if he has not tried you need to give him sourstrip) and i am christian too, i live in norway and i think it is so cool that u have been here. But i dont know if you are shipping to euro. But bye say hi to Spock for me plz. (also i touched grass)
